Birthed as a toy of the fraction animations within Creature Capture, the Fractionizer lets you experiment with various fraction combinations and watch how they animate. The available animations are a cross of representation and animation type.

Representations

The Fractionizer features four different representations of fractions.

1. Strip
2. Grid
3. Pie Chart
4. Numberline

Animation Types

Each Representation has six animation types.

1. Compare which is Greater
2. Compare which is Lesser
3. Compare which is closer to a Benchmark Value
4. Multiplication
5. Addition
6. Subtraction

My Contributions

My contributions included the concept design of the toy and teacher tool, UI/UX design, design of the representations and animations, and implementation of three of the four representations and their animations.
